AN Ilkley woman has continued her sharp rise in a her career in property by being named a sales negotiator at Dacre, Son and Hartley.

Georgina Wardman, who studied at Leeds Metropolitan University before joining Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Business Generation Department nine months ago, will now work at the firm’s Otley office.

In the role, she was responsible for promoting the company’s sales and lettings departments, as well as its mortgage and conveyancing services, to homeowners and clients. She will now study for a Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property from the National Federation of Property Professionals. She said: “I was attracted to a career in estate agency because it offers an endless amount of variety.”
