Fast-growing estate agency Hunters is opening an office in Otley town centre. It will be led by Lester Hurst, director of Hunters Ilkley, and is due to open in the summer.

The premises are being refurbished and Hunters will be recruiting staff, including an apprentice to run the new operation.

Lester Hurst said: “From our humble beginnings in 2010 working from my kitchen table, Hunters Ilkley has grown to become one of the leading estate agents in the Wharfe Valley.

“For the past two years we have been the best performing northern branch in the Hunters national network, to which sales in the Otley area have contributed.”
