Amanda May has been promoted to manager at the Skipton branch of estate agency Dacre, Son & Hartley to lead the 11-strong team as the company continues to expand its market share across its sales and lettings divisions.
Amanda replaces Tim Usherwood, who has become a director. In her new position, she will oversee the office’s sales and lettings divisions, which have both experienced a significant increase in business over the last 12 months.
She has more than 30 years’ experience in the property industry after starting her career at Dacres before working for an international property firm in Australia as well as a number of Yorkshire based organisations. She rejoined Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Skipton office two years ago.
Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential sales at Dacres, said: “Amanda’s superb local knowledge and in-depth experience will enable us to continue building on this success.”
