Property agent Eddisons sold more than £60 million worth of property at auction last year with an average clearance of 81 per cent of the lots.
The firm which has a Bradford office, is confident about prospects for 2014 as it prepares for the first auction of the year.
The sale on February 20 in Leeds has attracted 142 lots including a tenanted Grade II listed stone built cottage in Esholt and a freehold parcel of woodland extending to about 15 acres at East Morton.
Tony Webber, Eddisons director and auctioneer, said: “Further improvements in the economic climate means we can look forward to this year with real optimism.”
