Insolvency lawyer David Arundel has joined Bradford and Leeds law firm Schofield Sweeney as a partner in the restructuring and banking team.
He has joined from Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors in Leeds and will work alongside insolvency partner Amar Rashid.
David, who trained at Pinsent Curtis where he qualified in 1992, specialises in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency work, advising insolvency practitioners, other stakeholders and buyers on the sales of distressed businesses.
Amar Rashid, who heads up the restructuring and banking team, said: “David’s specialist knowledge of corporate and personal insolvency will be extremely valuable to the firm, and further strengthens our local capabilities.”
