A young call centre manager from Bradford has scooped a top industry award.
Sidra Ayaz, 26, from Thornbury, was named young professional of the year at the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards.
Sidra works for Loop Customer Management, which delivers customer service for Yorkshire Water from its Thornbury base, and also appears on Yorkshire Water’s website as a ‘virtual agent’, helping with online queries.
Jonathan Harding, managing director of Loop Customer Management, said: “We are so proud of Sidra and the example she sets on a daily basis, so it’s a fantastic endorsement of her skills and enthusiasm that she has been recognised as outstanding among her peers.”
