The former Paradise Farm public house in Clayton, Bradford, will go under the hammer next month.
The vacant Grade II-listed building in Paradise Green is being offered with a pre-planning application for conversion into four houses, along with four new-build properties. The guide price is £190,000 plus.
Another Grade II listed building in the commercial quarter of Bradford city centre will also be offered Eddisons at its next auction on December 5.
Hennymoor House on Manor Row has two ground-floor retail units of 1,476 sq ft and 414 sq ft, along with more than 9,000 sq ft of office accommodation on the upper floors. The guide price is £150,000 plus.
Two tenanted terraced houses on Grove Terrace, opposite Bradford University, are listed at £375,000 each and have an annual rental income of more than £43,000 per property.
