Plans for expansion are on the cards at a Bingley-based IT firm which is celebrating its first decade in business.
Its boss aims to increase turnover to £12 million next year.
BIST Group, at the Cottingley Business Park, was launched in 2003 by managing director Keith Petty as a small IT company. It has diversified to offer software systems, audio visual equipment and office and print design and supply.
BIST also supplies technology to schools, colleges and universities across the UK through BIST Education. Mr Petty said: “The company plans to continue its growth through the development of the sales department and hoping to reach the turnover of £12 million in 2014. We are forward-focused on this next decade and have significant plans to deliver substantial additional value to our clients and have an impact on the local market.”
To mark its second decade in business, BIST Group unveiled a brand identity and is also staging promotional and information initiatives.
