Award-winning Shipley bakers and patissiers Just Desserts have developed a new range of individual tarts for delicatessens, farm shops, coffee shops and restaurants.

The company has also secured its first customer for the new range of desserts from Boundary Mills cafes. The range will be launched at this year’s Speciality Food Show, Harrogate, next month, along with a new gluten-free cake range.

Just Desserts has created the new range based on its award-winning multi-portion tart recipes to produce 10cm versions of treacle tart, pear and almond Franzipan, rhubarb Franzipan and Bakewell tart and Yorkshire curd tart.
