Rex Procter & Partners, based at Low Moor, Bradford, won the best property consultant prize at the Variety Club Yorkshire Property Awards.
The company, which last year celebrated 75th anniversary, has advised on varied projects throughout the UK and launched RPP Energy Services, offering carbon management advice and opened a second southern office based in Maidenhead.
Projects it is involved with this year include the £22.5 million Vantec Europe logistics unit at Turbine Business Park, Sunderland; a 68,900 sq m Morrisons regional distribution centre in Somerset and the award-winning City of York Council headquarters.
Rex Procter & Partners won three categories at last month’s RICS Pro Yorkshire Awards including beating 40 other entrants for best project title for the York Council HQ.
