Solicitors from Keighley and Skipton law firm AWB Charlesworth have acted on the sale of a sound specialist business which has worked with top artists including George Michael, Coldplay and One Direction.
Charlesworth advised he owners of Lancashire-based Wigwam Acoustics Ltd, who recently sold their business to SSE Audio Group. The deal formed the UK’s largest audio sales, hire and installation group, with 140 full-time staff and a combined turnover of more than £20m.
Umberto Vietri, centre, Charlesworth’s company and commercial partner, was the leading advisor to Wigam on the sale of the company.
