Four extra staff have been recruited by Shipley-based expanding incident management specialist Keycare following new contract wins.
Carolanne Hood and Jayne Hannam have joined as customer service advisors, Elaine Jackson has been appointed compliance officer and Leanne Dixon operations assistant.
New contracts include a three-year deal providing a key replacement service for Tesco Bank’s motor insurance customers. Auto insurers Go Skippy and Chaucer Direct have also signed up.
Last year the business posted a £4.2m turnover, secured more than 12 new contracts and moved to new offices in Shipley.
