An e-fit of a burglar who left his victim unconscious after smashing him over the head with a mirror has been released by police.
The 27-year-old victim was hit after disturbing the burglar in his home on Harlow Road in Lidget Green . The attack happened on June 9 at 9.45pm, but police enquiries have so far proved unsuccessful.
The man entered through an unlocked door and made his way upstairs before being disturbed by the occupant. The suspect escaped with jewellery, electrical items and cash.
PC Leanne Tosh, of Bradford South CID, said: “This was obviously a terrifying ordeal for the victim who could have potentially been seriously injured by the suspect.”
The victim was left with a head injury and concussion.His attacker is described as white, aged between 25 and 30, of stocky build and had a distinctive chin. He was wearing a black hooded top and jeans.
