Two teenagers have been arrested after an 18-year-old had his jaw broken outside a railway station.
The victim, from Silsden , was assaulted near Leeds station on Sunday, August 5, at 4.30am as he was waiting for a taxi with a group of friends on New Station Street.
Last night, British Transport Police (BTP) confirmed a 17-year-old from Farnley and a 17-year-old from Pudsey have been arrested in connection with the incident, following media coverage.
A BTP spokesman said: “The arrest comes after an investigation was launched by BTP following an assault outside Leeds railway station on Sunday, August 5.
“Both youths have been questioned and released on police bail pending further inquiries until October 10.
“I would like to thank the media and members of the public for their help.”
