Riddlesden : conversion of basement and extension to form games room, 22 St Mary’s Road. Saltaire : alterations to nos 58 and 59 to form one large apartment, including breaking through existing metal stud party wall and demolition/erection of internal stud walls, 58-59 Riverside Court , Victoria Road. Shipley : change of use from dwelling to retail with new shop front, internally mounted roller shutters and internal alterations, 257-259 Bradford Road. Shipley: construction of single-storey extension, 23 Bankfield Road. Shipley: external canopy and regarding of the external play area surface with two dwarf retaining walls, Shipley C of E First School, Otley Road. Shipley: front entrance porch incorporating cloakroom with shower, 242 Bradford Road. Shipley: internal extractor duct and new chimney, 202 Leeds Road. Shipley: rear conservatory, 2 Chak Gardens.
Silsden : construction of single storey front extension, 9 The Kingfishers. Silsden: conversion of garage, Ponderosa, Nidd Court. Thornton : construction of three town houses, land west of 14 to 16 Hill Top Road. Thornton: enlargement of internal door opening to form open plan kitchen dining space, Dye Royd Barn, Dye Royd Farm, Headley Lane. Thornton: non-material amendment to elevations of the six class extensions, being 1.5m longer due to disabled WC and inclusion of store room, to planning approval 11/00377/FUL dated 4 May 2011: five phase extension and alteration scheme, Thornton Primary School, Thornton Road. Thornton: renewal of planning approval 09/04488/FUL dated 19/11/09: installation of one 11kw wind turbine, Low Fold Farm, Back Heights Road.
Wilsden : variation of condition 4 of planning permission 06/08226/FUL dated 19/01/ 2007: demolition of existing retail cabin and construction of new detached dwelling, 173A Main Street. Wrose : placement of a portable building for use as a taxi office, Eccleshill Football Club, rear of 24-26 Kingsway.
