A drunken woman street robber who spat at her victim and threatened to kick a baby in the head has been jailed for 15 months.
Andrea Beric, 31, of Westcombe Court , Low Moor , Bradford, pleaded guilty to robbing a woman of her Blackberry phone on March 20.
Bradford Crown Court heard yesterday she was foaming at the mouth during the incident in the city centre.
Beric snatched the phone as her victim sat on steps during a shopping trip but was chased by the woman, two sisters and a taxi driver.
Prosecutor Andrew Kershaw said Beric exposed her breasts to show her pursuers she was not hiding the phone in her bra. It was never recovered.
She spat at her victim and threatened to kick a baby in a pushchair in the head.
The court was told that Beric accepted she was going to jail. She used minimal force when grabbing the phone and had admitted the offence.
The judge, Recorder Patrick Palmer, told her: “That was utterly disgraceful conduct by you.”
