Four men have been arrested on suspicion of theft, dangerous driving and failing to stop following a car crash which left a family-of-five injured.
A collision occurred, at about 5.30pm on Sunday, between a black Mercedes-Benz estate and a Volkswagen Touran people carrier, at the junction of City Road and Woodland Street, Girlington , Bradford.
After the collision, the people carrier struck a wall, while the Mercedes travelled on its side down the road for 25 metres.
The occupants of the Touran, two adults and three children, were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The occupants of the Mercedes, four men aged 25, 28, 29 and 30, were arrested and bailed pending further inquiries. It is alleged the Mercedes had failed to stop for police before the accident occurred.
Any witnesses should contact Bradford Roads Policing Unit on the non emergency number 101.
