A disabled sports charity is on the lookout for more volunteer drivers to replace those who have found paid employment through the skills and experience they have gained.
Bradford Disability Sports and Leisure needs the drivers to run the three fully adapted minibuses in its Community Transport section.
BDSL transport manager Sue Brook said: “We are short of drivers and escorts.
“This is mainly due to the success of volunteers who have now gained employment because of the training and development they have received when working for us.”
Drivers will be given full training and all volunteers receive out of pocket expenses.
Those interested have been asked to contact Mrs Brook on (01274) 437093, e-mail bsr2@btconnect.com or write to BDSL, Shipley Town Hall, Kirkgate, Shipley, BD18 3EJ.
