An 80-year-old man charged with murdering his wife is set to stand trial at Leeds Crown Court on January 14.
Clement Callaghan, of Ivy Bank Lane, Haworth , was remanded back into custody by Judge Peter Benson at Bradford Crown Court today.
He will next appear at the court for a case management hearing on October 29.
Callaghan’s barrister, Stephen Couch, did not make a bail application.
The pensioner is charged with the murder of Eileen Callaghan at his home address on August 4.
