A key legal agreement over the redevelopment of the former Odeon site in Bradford city centre, which will give developer Langtree valid planning permission, has still not been completed.
It is now nearly two months since the building owner, the Homes and Communities Agency, confirmed it had signed the vital Section 106 agreement.
The document was then passed on to Langtree to be signed.
The developer intends to demolish the 1930s cinema building and create offices, a hotel and apartments on the site. The HCA has confirmed the document is still with Langtree.
