As part of the Brighouse arts festival, the Masterworks Chorale will be raising the roof with a concert of music for royal occasions.
Fresh from a successful ‘Minsters and Abbeys’ concert tour, the choir kicks off a Classic Churches of Yorkshire tour at St Martin’s Church, Brighouse.
Says director Tim Knight: “We were astounded by the sheer size and beauty of this fine church. In keeping with the celebrations of Diamond Jubilee year, we have planned a programme of both festive and solemn music fitting for royal occasions.”
The concert is on Saturday, September 8. For details, visit ticketsource.co.uk/masterworks.
