Police investigating the sudden death of a man in Swain House, Bradford, say it is not being treated as suspicious.

Officers were called to a property on Greenwood Mount at 8.50am on Saturday, where they remained for most of the day to try and establish how the man died.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “It is being treated as a non-suspicous, sudden death.”

Neighbours had reported seeing police and forensic officers at the property until around 7pm on Saturday.

The spokesman said it was “procedure” for police to guard the property until officers were satisfied about the cause of death.

The man’s identity and age have not been released by police.
