Firefighters are attending a blaze in the food hall of the Marks and Spencer store in the Owlcotes Centre at Pudsey.
Crews from Bradford and Stanningley fire stations were called to the scene just after 5am today.
A major salvage unit from Mirfield also attended.
A West Yorkshire Fire Service spokesman said there was 100 per cent smoke logging to the food hall and also flood damage from the sprinkler system and firefighting operation.
