A Bradford charity boss has been invited to speak at this year's Human Resource Summit in Budapest.
Dr Mohammed Ali, who heads community economic development agency QED UK, will advise delegates on diversification strategies in the workplace at this week's event.
The charity boss will be sharing the platform with speakers including former Labour spokesman Alastair Campbell.
"I am delighted to be speaking to some of the UK's top HR professionals in Budapest," said Dr Ali.
"If more companies adopt a strategic approach to diversification we can improve the employment potential for ethnic minority groups across the UK."
The annual summit is the longest-running event in the UK's HR calendar and is held in a different European city each year.
More than 100 invited guests from major blue-chip organisations will gather to hear Dr Ali's advice on developing a strategic approach to diversification at work.
He will be covering the importance of developing a culture of positive change in large organisations, how communication plays a key part in creating an integrated campaign and how a holistic approach to diversity will lead to success.
Through his work with Bradford-based QED UK, Dr Ali has advised numerous companies on equality and diversity issues.
