Bingley: construction of 12 private houses and four social houses, including one wheelchair unit, on site of former three blocks of three-storey flats, Marley Court. Bingley: construction of new below ground sewage pumping station and a below ground storage tank in the field south of Moor View, land south of Thornfield Farm, Micklethwaite Lane. Bingley: scoping report request for 85m-high wind turbine, Graincliffe Reservoir, Otley Road, High Eldwick.
Burley-in-Wharfedale: construction of extension to provide fire escape and lobby area, St John Fisher and St Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, Bradford Road. Burley-in-Wharfedale: construction of new timber pavilion with veranda for Ben Rhydding Croquet and Tennis Section in the same position as the existing hut which is beyond repair, Ben Rhydding Sports Club, Coutances Way. Burley-in-Wharfedale: construction of rear dormer and single-storey extension, 5 St Philips Drive.
Denholme: installation of a 60m-high cable stayed wind monitoring mast for a period of three years, land at Thornton Moor, Foreside Lane.
Haworth: certificate of lawfulness application in respect of existing use of premises as microbrewery and storage (B1 use) formerly used as car repairs (B2) and storage (B8), rear of 98A Main Street.
Haworth: re-roof including installation of new rooflights, 127 Main Street. Heaton: construction of single-storey rear extension for disabled toilet/kitchen facility, 19 Saltburn Place. Heaton: construction of two-storey side and rear extension, 21 Brantwood Crescent.
Ilkley: construction of extension and internal DDA alterations, Ilkley Dental Care, 39 Leeds Road. Ilkley: construction of two-storey side extension and sun room to rear, 18 Grange Estate. Ilkley: conversion of basement to provide additional living accommodation, construction of iron railings and glass canopy, 23 Wharfe View Road. Ilkley: detached double garage and garden store, Moorside Lodge, Panorama Drive.
Keighley: change of use from A1 (Hairdressers) to B1 (office), Market Arms, 38 Market Street. Keighley: construction of general purpose portal frame agricultural building, Intake Laithe Farm, Oldfield Lane, Oldfield.
