One of Bradford’s oldest residents has died aged 106.
Edith Dean, of Langdale Residential Home in Bierley, was born in the city and worked at a mill in Odsal.
She continued to lead an active life throughout her retirement.
She learned to drive at 70, married for the second time at 80 and worked out to exercise tapes into her 90s.
She also worked until her 80s as a domestic help.
Mrs Dean leaves her son Bill Collins, 83, of Wyke.
