A festival dedicated to walking, cycling and horse riding in the South Pennines is seeking a new co-ordinator to help it promote the area’s outdoor attractions.
The South Pennines Walk and Ride Festival is part of a project funded by regeneration company Pennine Prospects though the £2.4 million South Pennine Leader programme.
The festival, in early September, sees more than 100 walks, rides and events organised throughout the South Pennines region.
The 2010 festival launch was held in Ilkley, when top access rights campaigner Kate Ashbrook visited the town. Events took place in Ilkley and across the South Pennines uplands last year.
Now the company is looking for a new festival coordinator.
Anyone interest should visit website www.pennineprospects.co.uk and apply before Wednesday, February 15.
