Young people will have the chance to win a work experience placement at Bradford City Football Club as part of a national project.
The What’s Your Goal? scheme – run by clubs, the Football League Trust and npower – will offer five year ten and 11 students the chance to shadow five workers at the club for a week during the Easter holidays.
The nationwide scheme will see npower work with all 72 clubs in the Football League to offer more than 300 work experience placements to school children.
Former Bantams striker Ian Ormondroyd, who manages the Bradford City FC Community Foundation, said: “Bradford City FC Community Foundation has a fantastic opportunity for young people to apply to win one of five places to shadow different staff here at Bradford City.
“The opportunity is for 14 and 15-year-old boys and girls who are in year ten or 11 in school.
“This specialised work experience is a unique opportunity to be part of the team and get a small insight into the workings of their local professional football club.”
