Menston: construction of annexe containing two semi-detached bungalows and glazed link with existing buildings, The Beeches, Newfield Drive. Menston: extension and alterations, 54 Farnley Road. Menston: renewal of planning permission (07/03914/ FUL) for a single and two-storey extensions to side, rear and front which was originally granted on July 27, 2007, 31 Brooklands Lane. Oakworth: construction of residential development of three, three-bedroom cottages and demolition of existing garages with revised internal circulation and parking arrangements, land west of 182 Sykes Head, Keighley Road.
