Sixty-five homes in Eccleshill, Bradford, have been given a £1 million makeover as part of social landlord Incommunities’ modernisation programme.
The flats at Rowanberry Close, Stonehall Road and Whitebeam Walk are mainly occupied by older people.
The eight-month programme of work included fitting new kitchens and bathrooms, central heating systems, rewiring and decoration work.
Delroy Beverley, of Incommunities Property-solutions, said: “The refurbishment has not only improved customers’ homes but also their quality of life.”
