Steeton-with-Eastburn parish councillors are considering planting two trees to celebrate the Queen’s diamond jubilee this year.
They suggested planting a tree with a circular bench around it possibly on Bradford Council-owned land near the boundary stone on Station Road, Steeton.
And members were asked to think of potential sites in Eastburn after it was felt a tree planted at Eastburn Playing Field would not be visible to passers-by.
