West-Yorkshire based charity Dogs for the Disabled wants Bradford runners to take on the Great North Run on its behalf.
Organisers say funds raised by runners on Sunday, September 16, could help transform the lives of people with physical disabilities and families of children with autism.
Runners are asked to pay a registration fee of £35 and raise sponsorship of £350.
Anyone who already has a place and wants to run for the charity is asked to raise as much as they can.
