Out of work teenagers will learn how to make their own radio programmes at a Keighley music studios.
The course at Jam on Top will give young people qualifications and help them find jobs in the broadcasting industry.
The 16 to 19-year-olds could also become ‘radio hams’ by gaining a licence to transmit.
Jam on Top, in Dalton Lane, has teamed up with Bradford youth centre Culture Fusion.
The course is open to those aged 16 to 19 who are not in education, employment or training. Brian and Tracey Leach run Jam on Top, Mr Leach said: “We hope to make three hours of material to broadcast, that we can give to other community radio stations.”
