ROTARY: Shipley Rotary Club meets every Tuesday at 12.30pm, for lunch at 12.45pm, at Old Hall, Otley Road. It is a club for people with an interest in the community which is non-political and welcomes people internationally. Next week, Mike Joyce will will talk about bees and honey.
SLIDES: There will be another in the series of Slide Shows at Shipley Library at 7.30pm next Friday. David Alred will present pictures from two natural history trips to Tanzania. Admission £1, accompanied children free,includes coffee and biscuits.
SALE: There will be a table-top sale, with all the usual attractions and refreshments, in Shipley Library on Saturday, February 4 from 9.30am until noon. Pathways Breaks, the charity organising the event, provides holidays for younger people with dementia and their carers.
