Plans to build seven houses with car parking on land between Laundry Lane and New Road, Ingleton, have been refused permission by Craven District Council. It said the application was not supported by an adequate flood risk assessment, the proposed dwellings were poorly related to each other and the development was too large for a constrained site. It was also critical of the design of the proposed houses.
