WORSHIP: There will be worship at Clayton Heights Methodist church at 10.30am led by the Reverend Iris Musgrove, Lidget Green with Great Horton at 10.30am with Geoff Twentyman then in the evening there will be a joint worship at 6pm at Southfield Lane Methodist church.
Lidget Green children’s centre and Clayton Gospel Hall have joined together to provide a stay and play service for families with children under five. This will be held at the children’s centre on a Thursday afternoon from 1.30pm till 3pm at a cost of 50p. Then at the Gospel Hall in Clayton on a Wednesday evening there is a youth group for five to 18-year-olds from 6.30pm to 7.45pm.
COFFEE: Lidget Green Community Partnership is holding a coffee and chat session on the second Tuesday of the month at St Wilfrid’s hall from 10.30am with lunch afterwards.
POLICING EVENT: The neighbourhood policing team hold their coffee morning on Friday at Clayton Heights Methodist church from 9.30am to 11.30 am. Hot and cold drinks are available and a private room is available for any delicate issues of concern.
