Fitness fans are being challenged to toughen up in an endurance challenge raising money to send a Menston girl to America for specialist surgery.
Eve Williams’ family are daring Wharfedale residents to get in training for the two-hour boot camp session at health and fitness centre David Lloyd Leisure in Leeds.
Participants can expected to be put through their paces with a military-style workout, and it is hoped those taking part in the event will raise around £100 each in sponsorship.
The challenge is the latest fundraising landmark of Eve’s Journey, an appeal to raise around £75,000 to give Eve specialist treatment.
Seven-year-old Eve has cerebral palsy, which severely restricts her mobility.
