The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Apperley Bridge: replacement of existing windows to front and rear with new painted softwood frames in white and double glazed units, 3 Waterloo Crescent. Baildon: change of use of existing building, comprising shop, café and living accommodation to a detached dwelling, Wood Top Stores, Prod Lane. Baildon: construction of single storey extension to rear and partial garage conversion, 59 Langley Lane.
Barkerend: construction of dormer to front of property, 234 Otley Road. Barkerend: non-material amendment to planning approval 11/02044/FUL (construction of extension to restaurant area forming new entrance foyer): amendments to elevational treatments including amendments to materials and window openings, Sunrise Restaurant, 6 New Otley Road.
Bingley: construction of single storey extension to manufacturing building and new perimeter fencing, Walker House, 15 John Escritt Road. Bingley: three storey modular office extension to provide ancillary accommodation to the existing building, the expansion of the current accommodation to be a short to mid-term requirement, with an expected use of approximately ten years to accommodate an additional 250-300 employees, Bradford and Bingley Building Society, Croft Road.
