Keighley Town Council has announced it is planning to stage special celebrations on Saturday, June 2 for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
These will include an outdoor party and an event in the Civic Centre, in North Street, which will include live music by the Craven Accordion Orchestra and the Haworth Brass Band.
There will also be a display of 1950s era clothes and household items, along with displays of children's paintings and writings.
Deputy town clerk Debbie Spink said she would be pleased to hear from anyone who interested in lending 1950s clothing.
