Community groups can enter the Dragon’s Again to vie for grant money.
They are being invited to an event organised by Craven Council to mirror the hit BBC2 Dragons’ Den show.
Five “dragons” will give out £1,750 for local projects that benefit young people and improve the community.
Successful applicants will pitch their ideas on March 5.
Funding for the project has been given by Craven Council, Yorkshire Housing, Craven Community Safety Partnership and North Yorkshire County Council.
Successful projects should either support the local community, tackle anti-social behaviour and crime or encourage young people to take a positive role.
Application forms are available from cravendc.gov.uk, libraries, or the council offices.
