Volunteers will give a Buttershaw community centre a makeover tomorrow.
A group of Buttershaw Business and Enterprise College students and volunteers from Bradford-based Yorkshire Water will carry out the work at the Sandale Community Centre as part of the Business In The Community initiative.
James Allingham, project assistant at Yorkshire Water, said: “The centre is a real hub for the local community and a very fitting project for us to focus our collective efforts.
“Not only will this project benefit the centre and all who use it, but it will also help to foster and develop planning and team-working skills among the region’s next generation of employees.”
The company has also donated gifts worth £500 to the centre, including Wii games and toys.
