Help is at hand for people wanting to delve into their ancestry.
The district’s libraries service, in conjunction with Bradford College, is running a ten-week course to guide people through the subject in Keighley.
Participants will learn how to trace their family history using library resources such as ancestry websites, census and military records and birth, marriage and death indexes.
The course begins at Keighley Local Studies Library on Tuesday and next Thursday, from 10am to noon.
A course is also running at Bradford Central Library.
