An Otley-based online recruitment firm has been officially recognised as one of the best companies in the country to work for.

Networx, which celebrated its tenth anniversary last year, is celebrating gaining a Best Companies three-star accreditation – the highest level award the scheme gives in recognition of “extraordinary” standards.

Winners of the accreditation, who are chosen following an employee survey and company questionnaire, are deemed to have demonstrated exceptional levels of staff fulfilment and motivation.

Networx director Andy Pierson said: “We are extremely proud to be recognised by Best Companies in this manner – especially with a three-star accreditation.

“Confirmation of the award has been received at a time when the business is undergoing considerable growth and development, something that would quite simply not be possible without the skills of our people.

Networx, which is based at Wharfebank Business Centre, will now be listed in the 2012 Best Companies Handbook which comes out in March.
