James Oliver Robinson, aged 24, of Merton Fold, West Bowling; attempted theft, three months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs. Leesa Marie Hodgkinson, aged 30, of Walker Avenue, Scholemoor; failure to attend initial drug assessment, two counts of theft, four weeks’ community order with curfew. Anthony Bakes, aged 18, of Fairhaven Green, Idle; two counts of failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of burglary and criminal damage, 12 months’ community order, 120 hours’ unpaid work.
Gina Frantisek, aged 20, of Spring Gardens Mount, Keighley; theft, six months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs; failure to surrender to custody, detention in courthouse until court rises. Jason Thomas Gregory, aged 30, of Arncliffe Terrace, Lidget Green; failure to comply with requirements of community order, dealt with for the original offences of theft, eight weeks imprisonment suspended for 18 months.
Sarah Horrocks, aged 28, of Sowden Road, Chellow Grange; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence of theft, two weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring. Arif Mohammed Rasoul, aged 29, of Victor Street, Manningham; drink-driving, £100 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 15 months; driving without a licence, driving without insurance, no separate penalty; failure to surrender to custody, detention in courthouse until court rises.
Mark Brian Robson, aged 28, of Melton Terrace, Ravenscliffe; driving without insurance, driving without a licence, no separate penalty; drink-driving, failure to surrender to custody, three counts of breach of restraining order, failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of criminal damage, harassment and assault, jailed for 24 weeks, restraining order made, banned from driving for three years.
Ian David Jackson, aged 42, of Westgate, Bradford 1; drunk and disorderly, possession of cannabis, commission of a further offence during suspended sentence, eight weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £85 costs; application to amend requirements of community order, granted. James Christopher Crossan, aged 45, of Bradford Road, Idle; failure to surrender to custody, £35 fine, £15 costs. Usman Ali Khan, aged 29, of Tyersal Garth, Tyersal; drunk and disorderly, £60 fine, £100 costs.
