Benjamin Graham Haley, aged 24, of Bankfield Drive, Keighley; assault, jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, restraining order made, £175 compensation. Mohammed Hafeez, aged 22, of Upper Woodlands Road, Girlington; driving without insurance, £150 fine, £110 costs, banned from driving for 12 months. Lewis Robert Johnathan Harrison, aged 37, of Fern Terrace, Manningham; driving without insurance, £150 fine, £661 costs, banned from driving for 12 months; driving without a licence, failure to comply with controlled waste procedures, no separate penalty.
Stephen Butlin, aged 29, of Victor Street, Thornbury; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence; original offence of two counts of theft dealt with, nine months’ community order. Paul James Taylor, aged 36, of Parkwood Rise, Keighley; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; three counts of theft, assault, original offences of theft dealt with, jailed for 20 weeks. Amjad Mirza Ayub, aged 40, of Emm Lane, Heaton; failure to provide specimen of breath, £200 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 12 months. Clare Brown, aged 34, of Burnwells Avenue, Thackley; drink-driving, £125 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 16 months.
Jagna Kwiatkowska, aged 26, of Victor Street, Manningham; drink-driving, driving while disqualified, 12 months’ community order, 150 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs, banned from driving for three years; driving without insurance, driving without MOT, no separate penalty.
Lee Miller, aged 25, of Bradford Road, Oakenshaw; criminal damage, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £100 compensation. Jodie Singh, aged 23, of Delius Avenue, Ravenscliffe; drink-driving, £100 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 16 months. Neil Andrew Wall, aged 25, of Market Street, Wibsey; drink-driving, £300 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 16 months.
Craig Patrick Baldwin, aged 23, of Park Road, Windhill; wilful obstruction, three weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £50 costs. Stephen Craig Cameron, aged 35, of Apsley Crescent, Manningham; possession of article for use in the course of or in connection with theft, original offences of theft dealt with, four weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring; commission of further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offences.
Jason Scott Dodman, aged 23, of Stead Street, Shipley; assault, original offences of intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress and theft dealt with, jailed for 14 weeks; two applications to revoke a community order and re-sentence, order revoked.
