A handgun was used by masked men to threaten shop staff during an armed robbery.
The raid took place just as two members of male staff were closing the Co-op on Allerton Road, Allerton in Bradford.
The three men entered the store and threatened the staff before making off on foot with money from the till and a quantity of cigarettes.
They were described as wearing dark clothing, including hooded tops with the hoods pulled up to conceal their faces.
Two of the men also wore scarves to hide their faces and the third, who was wielding the gun, wore a full-face balaclava.
The members of staff were left shaken, but uninjured.
Police are carrying out enquiries into the robbery, which happened at 10.15pm on Sunday.
Anyone with information is asked to call Bradford North CID on (01274) 376259.
