Winter collections of garden waste are to end because it is a waste of resources to keep them running, Bradford Council has warned.
Collections of household garden waste will end next month and will be resumed in March.
And thereafter there will be no collections during December, January and February because the amount of garden waste drops dramatically making collections inefficient.
Householders with garden waste to get rid of during those months can take it to one of the Council’s Household Waste Recycling Centres.
