The former base of a chain of mill shops is being transformed into a multi-million pound business park.
The 180,000 sq ft former Ponden Mill headquarters in Royd Ings Avenue, Keighley, will be converted into seven smaller units.
The eight-acre site has been unoccupied since the home furnishings retailer went out of business in 2007.
Ilkley-based Turner Commercial Developments has bought the site for an undisclosed multi-million-pound sum.
James Turner, managing director of Turner Commercial Developments, said there was unfulfilled demand from local businesses for modern, quality space.
