Approved plans to build 66 homes on a former scrapyard could be thrown out because of a row between developers and planners.
Landowner Gary Bennett was granted outline permission to develop the vacant site near Becks Road, Keighley, last year subject to signing a legal agreement to provide cash for projects.
However, the owner has not signed the agreement and the application could now be rejected by Bradford Council.
The scheme has been recommended for refusal at a Keighley Area Planning Panel meeting tomorrow after negotiations between the Council and applicant stalled.
Michael Allison, planning agent for Mr Bennett, said it was too early in the planning process commit to a binding legal agreement.
