The number of officers authorised to hand out tickets to motorists caught parking illegally will double to almost 100 under plans to restructure Bradford Council’s warden service.
The work of the 40 parking officers will be merged with the 40 neighbourhood wardens and 15 park rangers, bringing up to 95 uniformed officers together in one unit.
